 The " Quick Hands, Quick Feet " baseball throwing drill is a great way to improve your hand-eye coordination, footwork, and throwing accuracy. Here's how to perform the drill: Start by standing about 10-15 feet away from a partner or coach. Have your partner or coach call out a number, which will correspond to a specific direction you need to move in. For example, "one" might mean move to your left, "two" might mean move to your right, "three" might mean move forward, and "four" might mean move backward.
